I recognize the importance of ensuring that any sacrament I possess is kept safe and secure under all circumstances, to prevent its diversion to non-religious uses.

Substance Use:

I agree not to use any other substances, legal or otherwise, while under the influence of the sacrament.

Safety Protocols:

I will not handle or transport firearms, dangerous weapons, or devices while under the influence of the sacrament.

Sacred Context:

I acknowledge that the sacrament is to be used in a sacred ritual setting, fostering a relationship with the sacrament and preparing for deeper ceremonial practices.

Health and Safety Disclosures:

I affirm that I have consulted with a healthcare provider regarding any potential contraindications related to my health or medications, ensuring safe participation in Soul Full Bloom’s practices.

Educational Component:

I understand that participation includes access to educational resources about the sacred, cultural, and responsible use of sacrament, aligned with Soul Full Bloom’s spiritual mission.

Personal Responsibility:

I acknowledge that participation in Soul Full Bloom’s practices is voluntary and that I accept full responsibility for my choices, actions, and any outcomes related to the use of sacrament.

Commitment to Confidentiality: I agree to respect the confidentiality of Soul Full Bloom’s practices, members, and ceremonies, ensuring the integrity and safety of the community.

Legality and Private Domain:

I understand that Soul Full Bloom operates as a nonprofit church and its activities are protected under constitutional freedoms and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

Membership Renewal:

I acknowledge that membership is subject to monthly annual renewal to affirm my ongoing commitment to Soul Full Bloom’s mission and principles.

Resolution of Disputes:

I agree to resolve grievances through designated association channels of conflict remediation and waive external legal recourse unless a clear and present danger is presented.

Sacrament-Specific Compliance:

I affirm that the sacrament provided by Soul Full Bloom will be used solely for sincere religious spiritual purposes within the framework of the church’s doctrine.

Termination of Membership:

I understand that my membership may be terminated at any time if my actions are deemed contrary to the principles and focus of Soul Full Bloom.

Voluntary Participation:

I enter into this agreement of my own free will, affirming that my participation is free from external coercion or intent to harm the association.
