ABOUT BEN: Ben is a Health and Wellness Coach specializing in food, sleep, stress management and exercise. He focuses on mindset, building systems to create strong habits and achieving goals. After eight years in the Marine Corps and three combat tours to Iraq, Ben dealt with his own health and mental struggles in his transition back into civilian life. Upon making his own positive health and mental breakthroughs, he became passionate about helping others realize their maximum ability by naturally improving their health and optimizing their body and brain to the fullest potential. Ben began working as a personal trainer, and eventually transitioning into the world functional medicine as a Health Coach, focusing on lifestyle changes and root causes of symptoms. This path eventually led him to explore the world of psilocybin. After undergoing multiple rounds of macrodosing and microdosing, and experiencing profound breakthroughs, he deepened his understanding of how psilocybin can enhance self-awareness and unlock human potential. His continued exploration led him to adopt microdosing as a regular practice and ultimately join the Soul Full Bloom team, where he now helps others navigate their own transformative journeys and personal breakthroughs. He is certified in functional nutrition, adult sleep and stress management, personal training and level-1 hypnotherapy.
